I also filed a complaint with " Consumer Affairs " who also deals with the Kirby Company. And in couple of days, Kirby Consumer Relations answered my review and left me their phone number.

You should have called a neighbor or better yet, the police. I don't understand why people let strangers in their home to begin with and then they turn around and commit to paying thousands for something they don't want and will put a financial burden on them and probably ruin their credit. You have be stronger than this.
