I'm kind of curious to know if anyone has tried to sued the Kirby company? I understand that they didnt have anyone sign a contract with them.

But if you prove that they prmomised you money and didnt give it to you (like recording the whole "orientation" on a taperecorder) couldnt you sue them? I'm about to go to the orientation this afternoon. I know its a scam, but what I dont get is that the "boss" seems to be such a nice person. Its this really nice lady.

I'm wandering how she could just straight up lie to someones face about being paid an junk?

She also said she started out passing out flyers to people about the vacuum and being a saleswomen, and its been 7 years and she is now a manager? How could a company not pay you for work?

People have taken Kirby to court, proved they were classified as 1099 but treated as a W-2 employee and won back pay in the way of minimum wage and OT.

I hope that you are successful in suing Kirby.

if youre in the ocala area, granted it is indeed very hard to find work out here..DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANIES SCAM. btw, your teacher is a sick perverted ***.

but i will not disclose any names. I feel so bad for all the people the kirby company tries to scam both the workers and the "customers". honestly, if youre going to walk into someones house knowing how bad people are struggling to survive and youre going to push this $2000 product on them, none the less insulting them if they dont buy. you should be a *** shamed for yourself.

I would love to see my whole community grow as one instead of my own pockets.

Its a scam, and you too are the scam artist. i hope i see that it goes down very very soon.

Please take note the Kirby Company is nothing but scam artist. My son was there for 3 wks and never made a dime.

He spent about 250.00 in gas just driving back and forth to their office. He sold one vaccum and was never paid for the sale. He was never told until after 3 days of orientation that he did not get paid for those 3 days and how the whole scam worked. So he figured I got this much time into I might as well keep working.

He did this out of desperation to food and a roof over his head and his daughter's head. I will keep posting this scam on my facebook page. To let everyone know what a scam the Kirby Co. is.

The agent he worked for is out of Ocala, FL. So everyone BEWARE.

How much was your integrity and honesty worth? I was told to lie to people constantly!

I will not be fooled again by any lying, pushy, bums! Todd was one of them. The only work he did was show up to the orientation the first day, then he sat on his *** in his office, buying kirbys, averaging "1 million" a year.

If i made a million a year, i wouldnt be driving a 2000 toyota with a missing passenger side mirror, in the shadiest neighborhood with the most crime in the city! "Fake the energetic, naive, newbie angle if you have to."

Yeah right. You may make that much but after paying taxes to Uncle Sam and overhead expenses you donโ€™t even make enough to eat

the only ppl getting rich in a get rich plan is the ppl selling the plan. Kirby is not a get rich quick deal, but a lot of ppl get rich doing it with hard work and effort.

My boss is completely legit. Paper work, contracts.

It clearly states X amount of demos gets you X amount of $..All of these people that complain about not getting paid its because they didn't want to work full time, which would have easily gotten them all of their demos, and quit before a month was up.

1) don't get into sales if your so *** you cant understand your contract, 2) Don't leave your house if your so *** as to not have a contract signed prior to working. Don't bash a name because you have horrible work ethic and thought you would get rich quick.

I wasn't looking to get rich quick, i was trying to make the "1895 guaranteed salary" to keep a roof over my head. I lost my apartment when i didn't make enough, and they weren't willing to drive the company van to the bridge i was forced to survive under!

I had to walk 3 miles to get to the office and 3 miles back every day for another month of "sticking with a guaranteed job".

So don't talk to me about good work ethics, you're a trained LIAR! The only thing that the job was good for was the sales experience for my resume!

What a Kirby person works is not full time and is very close to slave labor. I work a full time job and make my guaranteed wage.
